Feature Post: Balloon Pop Baby Gender Reveal

While celebrating this mega-month of birthdays, I wanted to share this fun way to celebrate an upcoming birth! My friend Brittany has this great blog at everlovedesign.blogspot.com with amazing printables and ideas for invites and announcements. I love the Dr. Seuss birthday party invite she did! You can even purchase some of her custom designs and invites at her etsy shop.

Recently she did one of the cutest gender reveals I have ever seen by popping an humungous balloon full of confetti. I love how excited her little boy is to pop the balloon! It is super simple to do and the photos are adorable!

[…] 3) Confetti – Using confetti would make your party really festive! What you can use to hold the blue or pink confetti is up to you… you can use a black balloon like the picture to the right, or people can hit and break a pinata, or even hang latterns up that people can pull on to let the confetti fall out! The latterns you would need to customize a bit by putting a string on a piece of paper to cover the opening on the bottom. However you do it, this would be a very festive way to find out!
