Princess Castle Birthday Cake

For somebody who is frosting impaired, I am always amazed by the incredible cakes my friend Brenda Calloway makes. I can’t believe how talented some people are! I am always looking for ways to cheat on my cakes to make them easier, but Brenda is fearless.

This adorable princess castle birthday cake she made is seriously any little girl’s dream. I don’t let G– see it because I know she will expect me to make something like it. Yeah, that is not going to happen. I can’t even imagine the time that Brenda must have put into it. I love that she even has little butterflies flying around the castle and the prince waiting at the bottom.
